摘要
目的了解一次性竹质牙签的卫生质量,为规范竹质牙签行业的卫生管理提供参考依据。方法在宾馆、餐厅、超市、批发市场中采集牙签174份进行卫生微生物检测。在酒楼、小食店、社区中随机抽取了300名市民进行问卷调查。结果牙签微生物指标总合格率为73.6%,其中,菌落总数为75.9%,霉菌和酵母菌计数为91.4%,大肠落群为95.4%,其它项目为100.0%。牙签样本的外包装标识无一能全部满足标准要求。问卷调查者中有使用牙签习惯的占88.3%,认为牙签质量良好的占52.7%,牙签健康知识、预防知识认知率为8.7%~79.3%。结论牙签的卫生质量存在一定的隐患,目前尚没有国家统一的牙签卫生标准,建议职能部门应针对竹牙签行业制订相关的卫生安全标准,规范管理。
[Objective]To investigate the sanitary quality of disposable toothpicks and provide references for regulating management on toothpicks business.[Methods]Totally 174 toothpick samples were from hotels,restaurants,supermarkets and wholesales market for microbiological testing.And 300 residents were randomly recruited with questionnaires in restaurant,shops and community.[Results]The overall microbial indicator of toothpick was 73.6%,among which colonies number was 75.9%,molds and yeast accounted for 91.4%,coliform group was 95.4%,and other items were 100.0%.None of the toothpick samples packing could meet all the standard requirements.88.3 % of the subjects had the habit of using a toothpick;52.7% believed that toothpicks were of good quality;8.7%-79.3% of subjects knew certain knowledge of toothpicks hygiene and related prevention.[Conclusion]A certain level of risks exist in toothpicks sanitary quality.There are no national toothpick hygiene standards currently.Related departments are suggested to formulate relevant hygienic and safety standards for bamboo toothpicks,and carry out standardized management.
