摘要
针对某型号小型断路器(MCB)产品的灭弧室,采用电流振荡回路,试验观察了电弧的运动情况。通过观测电弧的运动以及电弧电压特性,结合电弧的烧蚀情况,分析了栅片形状、跑弧道、出气孔等对产品灭弧能力的影响。通过缩短上跑弧道、栅片后加带孔绝缘挡板和改变栅片固定件等方法,缩短了电弧的停滞时间、转移时间、燃弧时间、增大了栅片切割程度,提高了电弧电压,改善了MCB的分断性能。
The arc movement of a miniture circuit breaker (MCB) was observed by an oscillating circuit device. The influence of the splitter plate shape, the electrode and the ventilation on the arc extinction capability of MCB was analyzed by observing the arc movement and the arc voltage characteristic. The stagnation time, transfer time and the arcing time were shortened. The level of the arc splitting was increased. The arc voltage was enhanced. Therefore, the interrupting performance of MCB was improved.
