摘要
牛磺酸作为一种细胞保护剂,具有明显的抗氧化作用,能使运动后机体RBC、血浆、心肌组织、线粒体等组织中抗氧化酶SOD(超氧化物歧化酶),GSH—Px(谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)活力增加,阻断运动所致的脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)生成,表明牛磺酸可加速运动后体内自由基的清除,有效地对抗运动引起的脂质过氧化,对运动机体发挥重要的保护作用,补充牛磺酸可提高运动员运动能力.
As a kind of cell protectant, taurine has strong antioxidation. It canspeed up cleaning up freeradical in the body after sports, antagonize the lipid per-oxidation which is caused by sports, and play an important part in protecting themotor organism. Additional taurine can improve the athletes' motility.
