摘要
首先比较分析了目前国内外几种流行的三角网格(STL格式)曲面的曲率计算方法,并对其中一种最为常用的计算方法进行简化处理,经过简单处理方法所得的曲率值可满足本算法的要求。根据给定采样点数,通过计算各顶点曲率值并考察其变化趋势相应地变搜索步长获取测点,提出一种面向三角网格曲面的测点合理规划算法。最后给出的实例表明该算法效果较好。
In this paper, two major curvature estimation methods for polygonal surface(STL format) are described, then one of the two is predigested and a compact approach is presented. Finally, a regular measurement points planning approach based on the curvature of polygonal surface is presented. Implementation and test of inspection sample has been carried out to verify the proposed approach.
