摘要
气液分离集成装置广泛应用于长庆油田中小型站场,但生产运行过程中发现存在气液分离效果差,导致气体管路积液、冻堵,加热炉火嘴液堵的现象。通过采用故障统计方法确认了导致伴生气携液率高的主要原因在于气液分离集成装置自身的分离效果较差。通过采用关联图法进一步确认装置伴生气携液率较高的影响因素后,对集成装置的结构采取了延长排液管、分液包增设液位检测器、取消气液平衡管、改动气体管路结构等措施,使改进后的气液分离集成装置携液率低于2%,有效地保证了正常的生产运行。
Integrated gas-liquid separators are widely applied in medium and small stations in Changqing Oilfield. The phenomena such as liquid accumulation and freeze blocking in gas tube as well as liquid blocking in fire nozzle of heater are found in production due to bad gas-liquid separation effect of the equipment. The factors causing high liquid carrying rate of associated gas are determined by the fault statistics method and the association diagram method,then the corresponding measures are taken to solve these problems,which include lengthening drainage tube,adding liquid level detector to liquid separation package, removing gas-liquid balance tube, reforming gas pipe structure. The improved gas-liquid separator has low liquid carrying rate of less than 2% and it ensures effectively the normal production.
