摘要
使用善行日记、感恩拜访、心情日记3种感恩方案对贵州省45名大学生主观幸福感受进行干预。结果显示:实施不同感恩方案的大学生在生活的满足和兴趣因子(P<0.05)及总体得分(P<0.01)存在显著差异;实施感恩方案1的大学生对生活的满足和兴趣因子、忧郁或愉快因子得分均有显著提高(P<0.05),总体幸福感得分也有显著提高(P<0.01);实施感恩方案2的大学生忧郁或愉快的心境因子及总体主观幸福感得分均显著提高(P<0.05);实施感恩方案3的大学生仅在忧郁或愉快的心境因子得分显著提高(P<0.05)。在感恩教育中营造和谐的人际交流氛围,促进正向情绪的产生是贵州省大学生主观幸福感有效提升的重要因素。
The use of gratitude programme different enlisted in the college students subjective well-beingintervention in Guizhou Province,the results show,implement different college students gratitudescheme in life satisfaction or interest factor( P 0. 05) and total score( P 0. 01) there was a significant difference; the implementation of college students gratitude programme1 satisfaction or interest factor,on the life of depressed or happy factor scores were significantly improved( P 0. 05),general well-being score also increased significantly( P 0. 01); the implementation of gratitude programme 2 College Students depression or happy mood factor and the total scores of subjective well-being were significantly increased( P 0. 05); College Students gratitude programme 3 increased significantly only in the mood factor scores of depression or happy( P 0. 05). Create a harmonious interpersonal atmosphere in thanksgiving education,positive emotion is an important factor to effectively enhance the subjective well-being of college students.
