补中益气汤加味治疗面神经麻痹45例

Treatment of 45 Patients with Facial Paralysis with Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction

目的:观察补中益气汤加味治疗气虚血瘀型面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法:将80例气虚血瘀型面神经麻痹患者随机分为两组,其中治疗组45例,给予补中益气汤加味口服;对照组35例,给予牵正散口服,2个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组痊愈35例,显效4例,有效3例,无效3例,总有效率87%。对照组痊愈21例,显效3例,有效2例,无效9例,总有效率69%。两组总有效率比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:补中益气汤加味治疗气虚血瘀型面神经麻痹疗效满意。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of facial paralysis（ Qi deficiency and blood stasis）. Methods：80 patients with facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group and control group,which received treatment for 2 months with modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Qianzheng Powder respectively. Results： In treatment group,36 cases were cured,with a total effective rate of 87%. In control group,21 cases were cured,with a total effective rate of 69%. There were statistically significant difference between these two groups（ P〈 0. 05）. Treatment group was obviously superior to control group. Conclusion： The modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction has good effect for facial paralysis.
