腹腔镜术后联合中药柴穿通任合剂治疗输卵管积水性不孕症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Hydrosalpinx Treated with Laparoscopic Surgery Combined with Chaichuantongren Mixture

目的:观察腹腔镜术后联合中药柴穿通任合剂治疗输卵管积水性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将120例因输卵管积水导致的不孕患者随机分为两组,实验组采用腹腔镜术后配合中药柴穿通任合剂治疗,对照组术后不口服中药,分别于术后第6、12个月月末统计妊娠情况。结果:实验组宫内妊娠率为70.0%,有效率为91.67%,对照组宫内妊娠率为48.33%,有效率为71.67%,两组结果比较具有统计学意义P<0.05。结论:输卵管积水术后配合中药治疗可明显提高患者宫内妊娠率,降低输卵管积水的复发。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with Chaichuantongren mixture in the treatment of hydrosalpinx infertility. Methods： A total of 120 patients with tubal infertility were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group used laparoscopic surgery combined with Chaichuantongren mixture treatment and the control group with no medicine after surgery. The pregnancy cases of the sixth and twelfth month were calculated. Results： The experimental group＇s intrauterine pregnancy rate was 70% and the effective rate was 91. 67%. The control group intrauterine＇s pregnancy rate was 48.33% and the effective rate was 71. 67%. The two groups had statistically significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Hydrosalpinx treatment with laparoscopic surgery and traditional Chinese medicine could significantly improve the intrauterine pregnancy rate and reduce the recurrence of Hydrosalpinx.
