针刺天突穴为主配合旋覆代赭汤治疗顽固性呃逆临床观察

Clinical Observation of Intractable Hiccups with Priority Acupuncture at Tiantu(CV22) Cooperated with Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction

目的:观察针刺天突穴为主配合旋覆代赭汤治疗顽固性呃逆的疗效。方法:60例符合纳入标准的顽固性呃逆患者,随机分为两组。治疗组30例,针刺天突穴为主配合旋覆代赭汤内服;对照组30例,东茛菪碱肌注,口服吗丁啉、维生素B6;两组疗程均为1周。观察两组临床的疗效。结果:治疗1周后治疗组的总有效率96.6%,高于对照组的64.3%(P<0.01)。结论:针刺天突穴为主配合旋覆代赭汤治疗顽固性呃逆疗效优于西药对照组。并且安全,可以在临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic efficacy of priority acupuncture at Tiantu（ CV22） cooperated with Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction in treating intractable hiccups. Methods： Sixty cases with intractable hiccups patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group and each group contained 30 cases. Treatment group was treated with priority acupuncture at Tiantu（ CV22） cooperated with Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction while control group was treated with domperidone orally and injection of scopolamine. One week course of treatment was a total of one course. And then we observed the comprehensive curative effect and evaluated the rate. Results： A week later,the total effective rate was 96. 6% in the treatment group and higher than 64. 3% in the control group（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： Priority acupuncture at Tiantu（ CV22） cooperated with Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction has better efficacy on intractable hiccups compared with Western medicine therapy. It is safe and effective and worthy of clinical application.
