高校法律基础课程理论与实践教学现状

An Analysis of Current Situations of Course Teaching in Theory and Practice of Fundamentals of Law in Higher Education Institutions

法律基础课程是高校思想道德修养理论课程体系中重要的组成部分,是高校大一新生必修的公共课程,也是大学生获得法律知识、提高法律意识、培养法律素质的重要途径。教学中,其理论教学内容繁杂;实践教学在教学计划中虽有体现,但教师依然需要在有限的课时内完成课本中法律基础的理论教学,从而不得不忽视法律实践的环节。教学理念、内容、形式、手段、考核等需要改革创新,本文针对高校法律基础课程理论与实践教学存在的问题进行研究,提出建设性意见,以期有助于法律基础教学的改革与完善。

The basic course of Law,an important part of the ideological and moral cultivation program in the higher education,is a compulsory course to all freshmen in universities and colleges; in the meantime,it is a consequential access for students to acquire knowledge of law,improve awareness of law,and cultivate personal quality of law.However,the teaching content of the theory is complicated.Although practice teaching in the teaching plan is reflected,teachers need to complete the theory teaching in textbooks in the limited time,so the practice has to be ignored.So reform and innovation are needed in teaching philosophy,content,form,tool and assessment.The author focuses on analyzing existing problems on the theoretical and practical teaching of fundamentals of law,and further proposes constructive suggestions to reform and improve the teaching.
