摘要
本文对某化工厂配电线路故障系统提出了新的改进措施,具体包括硬件与软件两方面.硬件方面主要是更换单片机;采用太阳能供电以达到节能效果;对A/D转换器进行更换.软件方面,增加了数学形态法与小波变换相结合的滤波方式,以保证系统不受到谐波与其他噪声的干扰;增加建立现场数据库的功能,可以很好地记录现场数据,为以后设备的升级和研究提供真实且有价值的数据信息.
In this paper,the improvement measures,including two aspects of hardware and software,are put forward to the distribution line fault system in a chemical plant.In harware,the single chip microcomputer is replaced,solar power is used in order to achieve the effect of saving energy and the A/D converter is replaced.In software,in order to ensure that the system is undistrubed by the harmonic and other morning,a new filter method of the combination of the mathematical morphology and wavelet transform way is added,and a building site database function is added for recording the scene data very well.The real and werthy data information is provided for the upgrades and replacements of equipment.
