软膏中桉油精和α-蒎烯的含量测定

Determination of eucalyptol and α pinene in ointment

目的建立软膏中桉油精和α-蒎烯的含量测定方法。方法采用GC内标法对桉油和松节油进行含量测定,以环已酮为内标。结果桉油中的桉油精在28.093～84.279 mg·L-1内线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为100.5%,RSD=1.19%（n=6）；松节油中的α-蒎烯在28.157～84.526 mg·L-1内线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD=0.64%（n=6）。结论方法简便、快速、准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Objective To establish a method for the content determination of eucalyptol and α pinene in ointment.Methods The contents of eucalyptus oil and turpentine were obtained by GC with nitrogen as the carrier gas,and cyclohexanone used as an internal standard.Results The linear range of eucalyptol in eucalyptus oil was within the range of 28.093 ～ 84.279 mg·L-1（r =0.999 9）,the mean recovery was 100.5% with RSD of 1.19%（n = 6） and the linear range of α pinene in turpentine was within the range of 28.157～ 84.526 mg·L-1（r = 0.999 9）,the mean recovery was 99.3% with RSD of 0.64%（n =6）.Conclusions The method is simple,quick and accurate,which is suitable for quality control of this preparation.
