输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗泌尿系结石83例疗效观察

Clinical observation of 83 cases of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of urinary calculi

目的探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析了2009年1月—2013年10月所收治的83例泌尿系结石患者,采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗的临床资料,观察其手术方法、临床疗效及并发症情况。结果 83例泌尿系结石患者78例一次碎石成功,成功率93.98%,平均碎石时间（31.7±9.12）min,术后2～4周复查KUB检查,结石排净率达90.36%。结论输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗泌尿系结石,疗效确切、安全、组织损伤小,具有碎石成功率和结石排净率高的优点,是目前治疗泌尿系结石的一种较佳微创手术方法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the ureteroscopy pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy under the clinical curative effect in the treatment of urinary calculi.Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2009 to October 2013,83 patients with urinary calculi were treated by ureteroscopy pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy under treatment using clinical data,observe the operation method and clinical curative effect and complications.Results 78 patients with 83 cases of urinary calculi a gravel success,success rate 93.98%,the mean duration of gravel（31.7 ± 9.12） min,2 ～ 4 weeks after repeated KUB examination,stone row of net rate was 90.36%.Conclusions Under ureteroscopy pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy in the treatment of urinary calculi,efficacy,safety,less injury,has the advantages of high success rate of gravel and stone free rate.Is a kind of better in the treatment of urinary calculi of minimally invasive surgery method,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
