摘要
以北京地铁15号线一期工程大屯路东站为工程背景,本工程在盾构始发、接收的洞口处围护桩采用玻璃纤维筋,代替了传统的钢筋,顺利实现了盾构机直接切削围护桩通过.了解玻璃纤维筋的材料特性,以及工程施工中遇到的常见问题,经过玻璃纤维筋和钢筋搭接承载力试验,得出了满足工程要求的玻璃纤维筋和钢筋机械连接措施.对筋笼吊点的设定进行了理论计算,并提出了较为合理的起吊方法.
With Datun road east station of the 15th line in Beijing as project background,and using GFRP bars in the supporting pile of shield launching /arrival instead of the traditional steel bars,the constraction which the shield goes through the supporting pile directly is carried out. The material properties of GFRP bars and common problems in the construction are introduced in the paper. Based on lapping capacity test of GFRP bars and steel bars,the mechanical connection measures of GFRP bars and steel bars which can meet the engineering requirements are obtained. Through the theoretical calculation of rib cage hoisting point,the reasonable method of lifting is proposed.
