摘要
为了提高镁合金耐腐蚀性能,采用正交试验对镁合金环保型阳极氧化电解液进行优化,确定了最佳的电解液组成,并通过全浸试验和动电位极化曲线等检测手段研究膜层的耐腐蚀性能.结果表明:镁合金经组成为50g/L氢氧化钠、100 g/L硼酸钠、20 g/L硅酸钠的电解液氧化后,表面生成的氧化膜光滑、平整、致密性好,腐蚀电位提高75 mV左右,耐腐蚀性能提高45%左右,对镁合金基体有良好的防护性.
To improve the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys,Orthogonal test was used to optimize research for Friendly Anodized electrolyte of the magnesium alloys,and the analysis of the corrosion resistance of the oxide film obtained by optimization also have done. The corrosion rate of oxide film was used as the main evaluation index to determine the optimum composition of electrolyte,and the corrosion resistance of the film was studied through total immersion test and potentiodynamic polarization curve,and so on.The research results show that,under normal temperature,the concentration of sodium hydroxide,sodium borate,sodium silicate,sodium carbonate are 50 g /L,100 g /L,20 g /L,and the anodized film prepared in the optimized electrolyte was smooth and compact.The corrosion potential and corrosion resistance increase about 75 mV and 45%,which can well protect the magnesium.
