高校德育教育是德育教育的一个重要内容,是当代大学生素质教育的基础。高校大学生德育水平的提高直接依赖于德育教育的水平。论文分析了当前高校德育教育存在的理想丧失、价值观混乱、德教方法僵化等问题,并在剖析其原因的基础上,阐述了提高高校德育教育实效性的具体对策,包括明确目标,端正思想;树立信念,培育理想;充实内容,改革方法;加强管理,完善评估。

Moral education is an important element of moral education,and is also the foundation of contemporary college students. Raising the level of moral education of college students is directly dependent on the level of moral education. This paper analyzes some problems which existed in moral education in colleges and universities,such as： the loss of ideal,values confusion,ossified moral teaching methods,and etc. On the basis of analyzing the reasons,this paper also expounds the specific measures to enhance the effectiveness of moral education in Colleges and universities,including clear objectives,correct thoughts,setting up the belief,cultivating ideals,enriching the content,reforming methods,strengthening management,and improving the evaluation.
