摘要
以10道四级汉译英真题为例,分析考查了英汉两种语言在遣词造句等方面的凸显差异。以期在认知语言学凸显理论的观照下,汉译英翻译能够从大量练习、死记硬背的过程转化为思考、融入、知己知彼、百学不厌的语言习得过程,将中国传统文化更好地输送到世界文化当中。
By analyzing ten CET-4 Translation sentences,we may get a glimpse of the salience differences between Chinese and English in choosing words,forming sentences,and even in constructing discourses. The salience theory,we hope,could help us understand better both Chinese and English cultures,thus this cultural consciousness would do an enormous part in turning language learning into a willing acquisition process.
