摘要 以甘蔗渣为原料,超声波提取多糖,比色法分析,通过单因素试验确定超声提取条件。研究表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比为1:25,在80℃的热水下提取60 min。与传统水提进行比较,缩短了提取时间,提取温度降低了20℃,提高了提取率。 Sugarcane residue is extracted by ultrasonic technology. In this paper, the influence of the operating parameters for the yield is determined by single factor experiment. The optimal extraction conditions are as follows: the volume of water is 25 times to material; the extraction process can be finished after 60 min at 80 ℃ for every time; the yield is 0.900%. Compared to traditional extraction, the method has short time of extraction and the temperature is cut down by 20 ℃. Extraction yield is higher than its traditional method.
