摘要
以对硝基苯乙酮、硫脲和碘为原料合成2-氨基-4-对硝基苯基噻唑,通过元素分析、红外光谱、1H NMR确定化合物的结构。运用正交实验筛选出最佳的合成工艺条件为:吡啶作为催化剂,对硝基苯乙酮和硫脲的投料比为1:2。
In this paper, 2-amino-4-p-nitrophenyl thiazole is synthesized when 4-Nitroacetophenone, thiourea reacting with iodine. Its structure has been determined by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR. The optimum synthetic condition is selected by orthogonal experiments. And the reaction mechanism with pyridine as a catalyst is discussed.
