摘要
健美操小组教学法能提高高职大学生的体育成绩,显著地降低了他们的焦虑水平,增强自信心,提高表现力,改善敏感的人际关系,提高审美能力,培养坚强的毅志品质,进一步提高了高职大学生的心理健康水平。
The experimental results show that the group calisthenics teaching method can improve the sports achievement of higher vocational college students, significantly reduce their anxiety level, enhance self-confidence, improve their performance, make better the sensitive interpersonal relationship, improve the aesthetic ability, and shape a strong willpower, hence to further improve the level of the higher vocational college students' mental health.
