农村学习型基层党组织建设研究——基于群众路线教育实践活动的思考

中国共产党十八大报告明确提出,建设学习型、服务型、创新型的马克思主义执政党是党始终成为中国特色社会主义事业坚强领导核心的重要保证。作为党在农村的领导核心力量,农村学习型基层党组织建设之必要性、紧迫性日益凸显。教育实践活动和农村学习型基层党组织建设两者互融共通,相互促进。以教育实践活动为载体,树立先进的学习理念,科学地选择学习内容,建立健全学习制度,此举对于加强农村人才队伍建设,推进农村学习型基层党组织建设大有裨益。

As the core strength of party leadership in rural areas, the need for learning in rural primary organization of the Party is the increasingly prominent. Both educational practice and learning Party are commonly and mutually reinforced. Taking the educational practice as the carrier, establishing advanced learning concepts, scientifically selecting learning contents, establishing and improving learning system, are to strengthen the building of rural people, and to promote learning benefit for rural primary organization of the Party.
