摘要
教学质量评价是新升本科院校教学质量监控和人才培养质量的根本保障。参照国内的高校教学质量评价标准,构建了教学质量评价指标体系,利用模糊德尔菲方法对指标体系进行筛选和权重确定,得出如下结论:按照指标重要排序,教学态度、教学内容、教师素质、教学效果、教学管理、教学方法和学生因素是影响新升本科院校教学质量的主要因素。建议全面提高青年教师素质,积极开展教育教学改革,进一步完善教学管理制度。
Teaching quality evaluation is a main method adopted by newly-upgraded undergraduate universities to manage and control teaching quality, and to ensure the quality of talents development. Based on the evaluation guideline of teaching quality in domestic university curricula,evaluation indexes of teaching quality are constructed. Criterion system of teaching quality is screened and criterion system weight is defined based on Fuzzy Delphi technique.
