摘要
秦始皇从亲政起、到统一初期的二十多年间,在用人问题上做到了求贤若渴、任人唯贤、广纳谏言、放手用人。究其原因,既有历史的、现实的,也包括个人的因素。正是这种用人政策使秦王朝呈现出了人才济济、群星灿烂的繁盛局面,并在众多贤才的佐助下,得以消灭六国,建立起了一个庞大的帝国,并使一统王朝得到了初步的巩固。然而秦始皇在其统治后期,却日渐走上了"行自奋之智,不信功臣,不亲士民"的歧途,这是导致秦王朝短祚灭亡的一个重要原因。
Qin Shihuang had the way of identifying and using talented person, recruiting more capable people, preferring to take others' advices, which made the talented people could show their capabilities and energy for the nation. Under the talented persons' assistant, Qin Shihuang eliminated the six countries and founded a huge empire. However, in the later period of his dominant, Qin Shihuang stepped on the opposite way of using people and caused the collapse of Qin Dynasty in a short period.
