The Relationship between Ming and Shi and Modern Social Imagination

中国当代改革的"渐进方式"运用了传统思维,使意识形态("名")随着成功经验("实")的积累而渐进转交。这种方式在维护稳定和寻求变化之间寻找平衡,促进了经济的高速增长。传统思维曾在前现代与道德的差序格局相联系,但在近期它的策略化和工具化削弱了公共道德意涵,并促生一种不公平的、利益的差序格局。本文认为,扭转这个格局应该以现代自由作为继续改革之"名"的核心理念,并围绕这个理念对差序格局进行现代转化。

The 'progressive way' of the contemporary reform of China has applied the Chinese traditional thinking,which changes ideology(Ming) gradually with the increase of successful experience(Shi).This way has been seeking balance between stability and change,and successfully promoted the high-speed growth of economy.Before modernization,Chinese traditional thinking way had been related to the differential pattern of morality,but recently its strategic and instrumental application has been contradictory to modern public morality and fostered an unfair differential pattern of interests.This paper argues that modern freedom should be taken as the core idea of the ideology of the successive reform,and the differential pattern needs modem transformation around the idea of modern freedom.
