协作型反思教学模式在外籍教师教学管理中的构建

Collaborative Reflective Teaching Model Constructed for Improving Teaching Management of University Foreign Teachers

多年来有关反思教学的研究在国内外已经形成规模,但却很少涉及该理论在外籍教师教学管理中的应用。本研究在对陕西省部分高等院校中外籍教师教学管理水平现状进行分析和整理的基础上,提出构建协作型反思教学模式是提高高等院校外籍教师教学管理水平的有效途径。

There have been many researches about reflective teaching all over the world in recent years. Few of them mention its application to improving teaching management of university foreign teachers. To construct the coUaborative reflective teaching model is an effective way to improve teaching management of university foreign teachers. This suggestion is made after studying and analyzing data from questionnaires on current situation in five universities in Shaanxi province.
