Theoretical reflections on all-inclusive opening-up strategies:a summary of Chengdu's opening-up strategies

全域开放战略是成都市五大兴市战略之一。通过运用定性与定量分析、比较分析等方法,对成都市全域开放战略的理论基础、对外开放现状、成都市全域开放的测度进行了分析,并检验了全域经济开放度与经济增长的相关关系,在明确成都市实施全域开放的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战的基础上,借鉴广州市的先进开放经验,为成都市更好实施全域开放战略提供参考思路。

The all - inclusive opening - up strategy is one of the five strategies for promoting Chengdu＇s further development. The paper uses both qualitative and quantitative analyses plus comparison, and analyzes the theoretical foundation of this strategy, the current o- pening - up situation and its assessment as well as the correlation between the opening - up level and the economic growth. With the a- nalysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of this strategy and on the basis of Guangzhou＇s enlightening experi- ence, the paper proposes some suggestions for its improvement.
