经济增长质量的衡量标准:福利还是效率?

从效率与福利两个角度研究经济增长质量的标准,并利用中国的省级面板数据进行比较实证分析。研究发现,虽然中国经济增长的效率不断提升,但人均国内生产总值与人均收入的差距不断扩大,与此同时,经济的快速增长伴随着地区收入差距的扩大、环境污染的程度不断上升。在比较实证分析中,我们发现地区平均教育水平、城镇化水平、投资对收入与经济增长具有正向效应,政府消费比例、对外开放程度对收入与经济增长都具有负向效应,但对外贸易、城镇化水平对收入的影响都不是很显著。另外,通货膨胀、第二产业占比与第三产业占比以及道路里程数与经济增长是正向关系,与收入是负向关系。

This paper studies the standard of quality of economic growth from efficiency and welfare,and makes a comparative empirical analysis based on China？s provincial panel data.The study shows that,although the efficiency of China？s economic growth is improving,the difference between GDP per capital and income per capital is increasingly wider,at the same time,as rapid economic growth ,the difference among regional income is also increasingly wider, and the extent of environment pollution is increasingly rising.According to the comparative empirical analysis,we find that,both of income and economic growth are positive with average education,urbanization level and investment rate,negative with government consumption ratio and the degree of openingGup ,but the effect of degree of openingGup and urbanization level on income is not significant.On the other hand, the inflation,proportion of secondary industry,proportion of third industry and the length of road are positive with economic growth,negative with income.
