摘要
本文对北京市学习型城市建设案例进行了全面研究。将1998年到2013年的建设历程划分为学习化社会建设起步、形成学习型城市战略、形成学习之都建设特色三个时期,系统分析了不同时期学习型城市建设的背景、目标、主要工作及其特点,研究讨论了北京市学习型城市建设的内涵、框架、体制、机制以及阶段特征、发展趋势和亟待解决的问题。
This paper systematically studied the historical development of Beijing learning city construction. The construction were built from 1998 to 2013, which is divided into three periods:the commencement of learning society construetion, and the formation of learning city strategy and the formation of learning capital-city characteristics. The background, objectives, main works and features at the different periods were analyzed. The paper further discussed the connotation, framework, system, mechanism and other issues of the learning city construction. Based on the practical research, it created the three stages theory of learning city developmental and analyzed the future development trend of the Beijing learning city.
