摘要
应用基于熵值法的耦合函数模型对涞水县生态退耕前后土地利用与农户生计的耦合度进行综合评价。研究结果表明,2001~2010年土地利用状况与农户生计状况的耦合度在2002年退耕工程实施后由26.14o下降到-40.92o,退耕中期(2004~2007年)耦合度恢复为34.26o,退耕后期(2008~2010年)又下降到0o以下,呈波动变化,耦合程度经历了协调发展、低级共生再到协调发展、低级共生四个过程,并阐述了如何稳固退耕还林的成果。
This paper carried a coupling function model based on entropy method to make a comprehensive evaluation on the degree of coupling of land use and farmers' livelihood in and after ecological restoration in Laishui county. The results show that the degrees of coupling of land use and farmers' livelihood after ecological restoration project implementation in 2002 changed from 26. 14° to - 40. 92°, in the middle of ecological restoration project (2004 - 2007 ), the coupling degree returned to 34. 26°, in the late of ecological restoration project (2008 - 2010), it had dropped to 0° below and with a fluctuated trend, the coupling degree had experienced four progress, they are coordinated development, low level symbiotic, and back to coordinated development, low level symbiotic, and elaborated how to secure the achievements of returning farmland to forest project.
