机场不仅是城市的基础设施,更是不断集聚优势资源的平台。该文认为机场通过"八大效应"对湖南省经济增长、产业结构优化升级以及企业增长和空间扩张三个层面产生巨大的促进和推动作用。为了充分利用机场带来的发展效应,应该优化湖南省临空产业布局,培养壮大民航关联产业集群;优化提升产业结构,提高优势产业外向度;努力提高企业发展能力和市场竞争力;加强区域和国际经济交流和合作。
