教研室是高等地方院校教学和科研活动的重要基层组织,是提高教学质量和人才培养水平的重要保证。充分发挥教研室作用,对深化专业建设和课程建设、强化教学管理、提高教育教学质量有着重要意义。因此,高校地方院校在进行教研室、专业、课程建设时可以将三者作为一个有机整体进行总体规划、同步建设,通过一系列有效的制度、措施保证教研室建设和课程建设、专业建设相互支撑、协调发展、同步提升。
