基于德尔菲法的技术预见活动方法体系在主观性方面存在较多争议,改善技术预见方法成为各国技术预见活动中普遍关注的问题。文章在分析已开展的技术预见主要方法和问题、科学计量和知识可视化方法在技术预见中的作用基础上,提出了区域产业科技创新规划和企业技术创新中的技术预见模型建议。

The technology foresight based Delphi method has more controversial in the subjective aspects, improverment of the method of technology foresight has been a common concern problems in the world. The article has been carried out in the anal-ysis of the main methods and problems of technology foresight, and the role of technology foresight based on bibliometric analysis and knowledge visualization method. Try to construct the the technology foresight mode base on bibliometrics and knowledge visualization method,in order to improve the quality of technology foresight analysis, so as to improve the supporting role cf regional science and technology planning and enterprise technology innovation.
