There are a couple of ruptures throughout Althssers＇s thought： a devout catholic in early years, a Hegelist, a Marxist and a co-called anti-Marxist in last years. In these transformations, his understanding of Hegel-Marx relation plays a key role. His Specter of Hegel, a collection of his early papers, clearly demonstrates the process of his approaching Marx through Hegel. It is very important to read his later texts.
