The Construction and Changes of Southeast Asian Countries' Concept of Sea Power

海洋是东南亚国家赖以生存和发展的重要自然资源,它对东南亚国家的政治和经济有着重要影响。在不同历史发展时期,东南亚国家对海洋的认识不同。与大国的海权观发展模式不同,东南亚国家的海权观有其独特的发展逻辑。本文将以东南亚国家的海权观作为研究对象,探讨东南亚小国海权观的变化发展逻辑。

Ocean, playing the leading role in the politics and economy, is an indispensable natural resource for the survival and long-term development for the Southeastern countries. Within different courses of historical development, there are different interpretations towards Ocean from the point of view of southeastern countries. Different from the great powers, the sea power concept from southeastern countries has its unique developmental logics. On the basis of the sea power concept of southeastern countries as the main study object, this thesis will show the chan- ges and development of logic of marine concept in small power.
