摘要
对日本经济低迷原因的深入探讨以及基于中国改革面临的课题与问题意识,使得微观层面的比较研究具有重要的理论与实践意义。研究索尼的案例,便于我们把技术、市场与它们所处的时代结合起来讨论企业及经济体的创新和发展出路,同时有助于认识发掘和利用自身优势来有效融合外部有用知识的重要性。经济转型中的企业成长路径选择恰当与否,是它和经济体成功与失败的分界点,恰当的选择带来的是新的发展契机,反之则会成为它们走向衰落的转折点。解决经济转型中的结构性问题,必须重视从企业成长路径的恰当选择做起,一个没有强大稳固的企业发展基础的民族将没有未来。
The investigation of reasons for Japan＇s economic downturn and the issues and problem relating to China＇ s reform make the micro - level comparative study important in theoretical and practical terms. Sony＇ s case analysis helps us to better understand the way of enterprise innovation and economic development through the combination of technology, market and the time background, as well as importance of exploring and using the advantage to effectively integrate external knowledge. Whether the growth path selection of enterprises in the context of economic transformation is appropriate determines the success or failure of the enterprise and the economy.
