摘要
分析工作倦怠、工作满意度与工作生活质量的关系,对完善工作生活质量相关理论,提升员工工作绩效具有重要意义。基于此,首先通过信度和效度分析,确定了工作倦怠、工作满意度与工作生活质量的度量因素。据此,利用结构方程模型,验证了三者的关系路径。结果表明:情绪衰竭同工作生活质量、工作满意度呈显著负相关;职业效能感与工作生活质量、工作满意度呈显著正相关;玩世不恭与工作满意度呈显著负相关,与工作生活质量关系不显著。此外,工作满意度在工作倦怠和工作生活质量关系中起着完全中介作用。
It is important to analyze the relationship among job burnout, job satisfaction and quality of work life, which benefits to improve the theory of quality of work life and promote the performance of workers. In view of the facts, this paper confirms significantly influencing factors of job burnout, job satisfaction and quality of work life based on reliability and validity, and then analyzes the relationship among job burnout, job satisfaction and quality of work life by structural equation. The results show that emotional exhaustion has a negative impact on quality of work life and job satisfaction; professional efficacy has a positive impact on quality of work life and job satisfaction; cynicism has a negative impact on job satisfaction and is insignificantly correlated with quality of work life. Further analysis shows that job satisfaction fully mediates the relations between job burnout and quality of work life.
