青海民族文化创意产业发展探索

我国各地区资源禀赋差异较大,地方政府要提高竞争优势,就必须结合本地区实际情况,走差异化和特色化道路。青海经济发展落后,发展文化创意产业必须有别于东部发达地区。青海缺乏技术、人才以及现代化设施,不能按照发达地区发展经验来设计发展方向,类似于民族文化主题公园、民族生态文化博物馆、民族文化歌舞剧、高原特色旅游、文化民俗村等模式更适合青海的发展。因此,发掘自身的比较优势文化资源,注重"原创性",创新发展模式对欠发达地区发展文化创意产业更具有可行性。

Chinese regional resources are rather different with each other. To be more competitive, the local governments must take a different and characteristic development road which is fit for the actual situation in the region. Because of Qinghai＇ s less developed economy, the development of its cultural and creative industries must be distinguished from the eastern developed regions. Qinghai, which lacks technology, qualified personnel and modern facilities, cannot take use of the experience of developed areas to develop cultural and creative industries. Models of ethnic cultural parks, ethnic ecological culture museums, ethnic cultural musical, plateau tourism and cultural folk villages are more suitable for the development of Qinghai. It will become more feasible to the development of cultural and creative industries of less developed areas by exploring its comparative advantages of cultural resources, focusing on ＇originality＇and taking innovative development models.
