摘要
对高等院校、科研机构和企业研发机构一线科技工作者的抽样问卷调查结果显示:接近半数的被调查者普遍认为当前的奖励数量过多,主要是市级及以下级别的政府奖励;国家级科技奖励在评审过程的公平性、公正性以及科学性以及获奖意愿等方面的认可度都是最高;奖励对科技工作者的作用主要体现对个人的激励作用以及人才培养等方面;获得国家级或者是国际奖励对个人的激励作用最大。根据调查结果,文章提出了改进我国科技奖励体系的政策建议。
Based on a sample survey of science and technology personnel at the universities, research institutions and enterprises R & D institutions, it is found that nearly one half of the respondents generally think that the number of S&T awards too much in China, mainly the municipal and the following levels of government S&T awards. The recognition of National Science and Technology Award in the review process fairness, justice and scientific and winning intention is the highest. The effect of award to scientific and technical personnel mainly is on individual and to promote the talents training. Most respondents think that getting national or international awards is the most incentives for personal. According to the survey results, related policy suggestions on the system of Chinese science and technology award system are raised in the end.
