聚偏氟乙烯/钛酸钡高介电复合材料研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 介绍了介电复合材料研究现状和制备工艺,阐述了各种介电复合材料制备工艺的优缺点,以及聚合物/陶瓷复合材料介电常数预测。利用微纳多层共挤技术可以获得高介电常数、低介电损耗的介电复合材料,但是该技术应用在介电复合材料方面工艺还不够成熟,有待改进。 This paper introduced the recent research and preparation process of dielectric composites.And the advantages and disadvantages of preparation process were discussed.Dielectric constant of polymer/ ceramic composites was predicted.Micro-nano multilayer coextrusion technology was used to obtain high dielectric constant and low dielectric loss for dielectric composites.However,the technology was used in dielectric composites were not enough mature and needed to be improved.
