摘要 采用多聚磷酸铵(APP)、三嗪系成炭-发泡剂(CFA)、抗滴落剂聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)作为阻燃剂,调整相应比例,采用熔融共混挤出法制备了无卤阻燃聚丙烯复合材料,并研究了镁盐晶须(M-HOS)、相容剂(PP-gMAH)以及硅灰石、玻璃纤维的加入对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,在纯PP体系中,阻燃剂添加28份时,复合材料阻燃性可以达到UL 94 V-0级(1.6 mm),M-HOS的加入可以提高材料阻燃性能的同时提高材料弯曲强度和弯曲模量,PP-g-MAH对复合材料的阻燃性能影响不明显,但抗冲击性能有了明显提高,硅灰石与玻璃纤维可以有效提高复合材料的热变形温度,但复合材料的阻燃性能下降。 In this paper,APP,CFA and PTFE were used as halogen-free flame retardants for PP.The halogen-free flame retardant PP composite was prepared by adjusting the corresponding proportion and using melt blending method.The effects of M-HOS,PP-g-MAH,wollastonite and glass fiber were studied on the performance of PP composites.It was found that the composites reached UL-94 V-0 (1.6 mm) with 28 phr flame retardant agent.M-HOS can improve the flame retardance,flexural strength and flexural modulus of the composites.Effect of PP-g-MAH on flame-retardant properties of composite was not obvious while the antiimpact performance had been improved.The wollastonite and glass fiber improved the heat deflection temperature,but decreased the flame retardancy of composites.
