摘要
为了研究多层聚合物包装容器的吹塑成型过程,用Polymat拟合了实验测定的三种聚合物材料的流变数据,得到了每种物料的K-BKZ本构方程参数,应用自适应网格技术自动细化不同曲率位置的型坯网格。用Polyflow软件数值模拟了多层包装容器的吹塑成型过程。研究结果表明,多层包装容器高曲率位置的各物料层壁厚值较小,制品熔接线末端有物料堆积,各物料层壁厚值较大。不同物料层的壁厚分布规律基本一致。
In order to investigate the blow molding process of a multilayer polymer packaging container,Polymat was used to fit rheological parameters of three polymer materials and the relative parameters of each material in K-BKZ constitutive equations were obtained.Adaptive meshing technology was used to auto-refine the parison mesh at the large curvature positions of the mould.The blow molding process of a multilayer packaging container was simulated with Polyflow software.The results showed that the thickness value of each layer was small in the high curvature positions of the mould.The material was accumulated in the end of the weld line and the thickness value of each layer was large.The distribution law of each layer's thickness was basically the same.
