The Research and Application on Multi-target Optimization of Injection Parts

摘要 针对塑件在成型过程中的多指标优化问题,利用注塑仿真软件对塑件进行仿真,预测其翘曲、体积收缩以及缩痕效果,并结合正交试验、极差分析和综合评分方法对注塑工艺参数进行优化。结果证明,当模具温度为50℃,熔体温度为200℃,保压压力为注射压力的120%,冷却时间为15 s,保压时间为20 s,注射时间为3 s时,塑件成型综合质量较好,注射时间对综合评分影响最大。 According to the problems of multi-target optimization in injection molding,the injection molding simulation software was used to simulate the moulding part,and the warping effect,the volume shrinkage and the shrink mark were predicted by simulation combined the orthogonal test,the range analysis method and the comprehensive evaluation to optimize the injection molding process parameters.The results showed that when the mold temperature was 50 ℃,the melt temperature was 200 ℃,the holding pressure for 120% of the injection pressure,the cooling time for 15 s,the holding time for 20 s,and the injection time was 3 s,the comprehensive quality of the plastic part was better,the injection time had the greatest impact on the comprehensive evaluation.
