摘要
交易安全制度是合同法中的一项基本制度。本文剖析了交易安全制度的内涵 ,并以此为鉴对我国合同法中的交易安全制度进行了全面梳理和评价。
The institution of secure transaction is one of the basic institutions of contract law.This paper defines the intension of secure transaction and scans the institution of secure transaction of PRC contract law.
