多元化战略是企业成长的一种重要战略,但是企业必须对多元化动机、条件、基本形式等进行全方位考察,以确定适合自身和市场的多元化道路,避免陷入多元化的陷阱而不能自拔。
Diversification is important to the growth of an entreprise. And an entreprise must multiperspectively study the motivation,the conditions and the basic forms of diversification. Until then can a way be found by the company to fit itself for the market,and avoid the danger of getting lost in diversification.
