摘要
振动是舰船舱室噪声的源头,本文基于有限元/边界元方法,对约束阻尼结构在舱室模型建立时相关材料参数的设定进行了较系统的研究,建立起对约束阻尼结构进行仿真计算的方法,仿真结果与试验结果吻合较好。因此,对类似结构约束阻尼处理的减振降噪评估分析有较强的参考价值,可以为约束阻尼的优化设计提供有效指导。
Vibration is the source of cabin noise. Laying damping material layer on cabin is an important measure to reduce vibration and noise. Model test is the mainly method to inspect the capability of reducing vibration and noise of damping materials,which costs higher on multi-state conditions,large engineering model. However,the simulation calculation and analysis can make up the shortcomings of engineering test. Based on FEM /BEM,this paper studied the model parameter settings of constrained damping layer in cabin model. A simulation calculation method of constrained damping structure was established. The simulation results and test results agree well. Thus,the calculation method has a strong reference value for the evaluation of similar structure vibration analysis of constrained damping treatment,which can provide effective guidance for the optimization design of constrained damping.
