摘要
用一步水热法制备了TiO2/Al2O3核壳型纳米粉体,在最佳的反应条件制备的前驱体的pH≈9.0,水热温度为200℃,水热保温时间为3 h,产品的平均晶粒粒径20 nm左右。通过XRD、TEM、SEM和XPS表征,核壳型纳米TiO2/Al2O3粉体包膜良好,而且复合粉体的表层Al2p、Ti2p、O1s均产生了化学位移,说明Al是以化学键形式结合于TiO2表面,形成了Al—O—Ti键。
Core-shell nanometer TiO2/Al2O3 particles were prepared by one-step hydrothermal method. The optimized reaction parameters were as follows : the precursor's pH about 9. 0,hydrothermal temperature of 200 ℃ and hydrothermal reaction for 3 hs. The average particle size of the product was about 20 nm. The nanometer TiO2/ Al2O3 particles prepared by one-step hydrothermal are well coated. Furthermore,all of Al2p、Ti2p,O1s in the composite powder's surface have taken place chemical displacements when compared with standard binding energy. This indicates that chemical bond of Al—O—Ti has been formed.
