仪器压痕技术在役检测材料力学性能

Evaluation of Mechanical Properties In-service using Instrumented Indentation Technique

摘要 仪器压痕技术最先用来检测材料的硬度。而现在仪器压痕技术也可以用来检测设备材料的机械性能,比如拉伸性能、残余应力。一种新型的便携式仪器压痕设备在检测材料的机械性能的时候具有非破坏性,并且检测结果准确快速,因此,可以用来对在役设备进行评估。 Instrumented indentation technique was first used to test the hardness of materials. And now the instrumented indentation technique( IIT) can also be used for testing the mechanical properties of the materials of the facilities,such as tensile properties,residual stress. A new indentation device developed can be performed on in-service equipment because of their non-destructive,quickly and accurately,thus can be used for in-service equipment evaluation.
