东庞矿高硫精煤硫分动态闭环控制探讨

Discussion on sulfur dynamic closed-loop control of high sulfur washed coal in Dongpang coal mine

对北井和邢东原煤灰分、硫分变化及对西庞洗煤厂、东庞洗煤厂不同配煤方式配煤入洗产品质量进行统计分析,指出在生产过程中动态调节配洗比例及测定精煤硫分,可及时调整配煤比例及实现精煤硫分持续稳定。

For statistical analysis of changing of ash content,sulfur content of raw coal of Beijing and Xingdong coal,and mass of product which were blended in coal blending and coal washing under different coal blending methods in Dongpang and Xipang coal preparation plant respectively,it was indicated that adjusting the coal blending and washing ratio in production process and testing the sulfur of clean coal dynamically could adjust the coal blending ratio and maintain the sulfur of clean coal stable.
