甲氧咪草烟4%水剂高效液相色谱分析方法研究

Study on Analytical Method of Imazamox 4% AS by HPLC

本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+磷酸溶液为流动相,使用ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在240nm波长下对甲氧咪草烟水剂进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为1.000 0,标准偏差为0.008 4,变异系数为0.24%,平均回收率为100.68%。

A method for separation and quantitative analysis of imazamox 4%AS by HPLC with acetonitrile and H3PO4 solution as mobile phase, ZORBAX SB-CI8 column and DAD at 240nm wavelength was described. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0, the standard deviation was 0.008 4, the variation coefficient was 0.24%, and the average recov- ery was 100.68%.
