基于主成分分析的海峡西岸经济区城市竞争力研究

RESEARCH ON THE EVALUATION OF URBAN COMPETITIVENESS IN STRAITS WEST COAST ECONOMY ZONE BASED ON PRINCIPAL COMPONENTS ANALYSIS

海峡西岸经济区的提出对于推进与珠三角、长三角的对接非常有利，通过延伸南北两翼，促使海峡西岸经济区与两个三角洲优势互补、联动发展．本文根据城市竞争力的涵义，选取了海峡西岸经济区内20个城市的24项指标构建城市竞争力评价体系，并利用SPSS18．0软件进行主成分分析，对海峡西岸经济区内各城市的综合竞争力和各要素竞争力进行了综合分析．研究结果表明：海峡西岸经济区内各城市竞争力水平不均衡现象比较明显，东部沿海地区城市整体发展水平较高，越往内陆山区的城市发展水平越为落后，城市竞争力越弱．

The proposal of the west -strait economic zone is favorable for promoting the docking of the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta.Through the extension of the northern and southern wings,the west-strait economic zone and the two deltas could have complementary advantages and interactive development. According to the connotation of urban competitiveness,this paper firstly selects statistical data of 20 cities in west-strait economic zone to set up the evaluation system of urban competitiveness,and then makes a comprehensive assessment of city＆#39;s comprehensive competitiveness and factors of competitiveness in west-strait economic zone with the primary analysis by SPSS software.The results show that the level of urban competitiveness imbalances is obvious,the eastern coastal city as a whole higher level of development,and the inland urban development is lagging behind ,so urban competitiveness is weaker.
